張恩溥大真人﹐字鶴琴﹐號瑞齡及譜號道生。

生于清光緒二十年農曆九月初五日﹐沖舉於民國五十八年十一月十七日﹐享壽七十六。

籙號為"上清大洞經籙九天金闕侍御上相總督霤霆酆嶽掌都天大法主"。

On this coming 17th Day of Lunar 11 Month, it will be the Attaining-of-Immortal-hood Anniversary of the 63rd Generation Heavenly Master Zhang En Pu.
