29th Day of Lunar 6 Month is considered as the Inspection Day of Star Lord Tan Lang (1st star of the Great Dipper Group). In Folks Culture, this day is known as the Birthday of Star Lord Tan Lang. In Taoism, on this day, Taoists just needed to face the Direction North, offer 3 sticks of Incenses, 3 cups of Teas and light a Candle/Lamp. sincerely & faithfully request for the necessary blessing, Star Lord Tan Lang will do the necessary recordings and distribute out the Good Blessing.

農曆六月廿九日為天樞貪狼星君下降凡間註定禍福之日﹐民間一般稱為天樞聖誕。此日只須向北方敬香三柱﹐獻茶三杯﹐點燈一盞﹐誠心祈禱﹐便能受天樞貪狼星君賜福消災。
