On 11th Day of Lunar 11 Month, Vabien Lee aka Li Huo Jun (禮火君), the 36th Generation Disciple of Long Shan Men had take the initiative in conducting a simple Honouring Session for Lord Tai Yi (太乙天尊).
And so on that early morning at about 10.00Am, I arrive at his place to join in the Honouring.
Upon reaching, the Altars & Offerings had been prepared and once I'm ready, the Honouring started.
After about an Hour plus, we proceed to Send-off the Paper Offerings after Vabien got a Positive Permission by throwing the Divination Block (筊杯).
The whole Honouring took about 2 Hours and later, I proceed Off with other Meetings & Honouring Sessions.

Master Jave, how come there are so many oranges? Usually, we only have 5 in a plate... What is the significance? Please enlighten. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteFor Taoism, we can use 3, 5, 9 or 12, according to the size of the oranges and ability of the devotees.
ReplyDeleteThat day, just nice got enough, so I arrange a plate of 9 Oranges for the honouring.
