Strengthening of Physical Immune System (提昇免疫防癌症)


Description:

In order for Oneself to Fight against ALL sorts of Illnesses, Diseases & Viruses, Oneself MUST first Strengthen our Physical Immune System.

Since the Ancient Era, Chinese Physicians & Masters had been implementing various types of Remedies & Cuisines to Fight Against Illnesses & Strengthening of the Physical Immune System.

In here, Jave Wu will like to share with ALL of you on the Tradition Remedy on Strengthening of the Immune System.


Ingredients:

1) 40 grams of Codonopsis Pilosula (黨參40克)
2) 20 grams of Wolfiporia Cocos Powder (茯苓粉20克)
3) 10 Big Dried Red Dates (大棗10粒)
4) 1 portion of Fresh Dioscorea Opposita of about 15cm (新鮮山藥切丁) - cut into Cub-form of about 1cm in length
5) 1 Cup of Raw Rice (白米一杯)
6) 2 Table-spoon of Rock Sugar (冰糖兩湯匙)


Directions:

Once ALL the Items are prepared (ALL the Items can be bought at Chinese Medical Hall), Oneself will be able to start the Cooking.

1st, wash the Rice and then Soaked the Rice with 2 Cups of Clean Water (can use Mineral Water or Diamond Water).

2nd, add the Codonopsis into the Rice Cooker and then add 8 Cups of Water, Turn on the Cooker and let it Cook till the Water Boil. Once the Water Boil, retrieved the Codonopsis out from the Cooker.

3rd, add in the Soaked Rice, Turn on the Cooker again to cook the Rice into Congee-form.

4th, once the Congee is Ready, add in the Wolfporia Powder, Big Red Dates & Dioscorea. Once the 3 Items are added into the Congee, Stir-well and let it Cook again for a while.

5th, once the Congee started to Boil again, it is Ready for Consume.

6th, add in a bit of the Rock Sugar to make the Congee taste better, but for those who prefer Pure-taste, then can go without the Rock Sugar.

This Congee can eat as Main-meal or as Dessert. Try to prepare this Congee Twice a Week, it does help in Strengthening the Physical Immune System. Besides that, this Congee will also help Oneself to lower the Risk of getting Cancer and any form of Blood Diseases.
