    Xia Jiang Ri is a Day that the Deities descend into this Mortal World to do salvation according to their task and authority being appointed to them.

    In Taoism, almost everyday, there will be a Deity who is being appointed to descend into the Mortal World.

    We dont really celebrate but as a Taoist, we need to at least pay a simple respect to the Deity.

    If I am not wrong, Tu Di Gong is just one of the many Subordinates under Di Mu Yuan Jun.

    Zhou Cang's BD had passed, on the 23rd is considered as a form of Anniversary for him, so this time round, I didnt include him inside.

    Xu Jing Tian Shi is the 30th Generation Heavenly Master, which is the descendant of Heavenly Master Zhang Dao Ling.

    Heavenly Master is there to keep the Promotion of Upright Culture of Taoism going-on. For them, they dont need to do much tasks, just needed to be there to do the necessary blessing and inspection on the on-going of the activities in Taoism.

    Di Mu Yuan Jun is a Female Deity that being Manifested after this Planet Earth had being formed. So in-order to look after the issues that related to the Beings on the Mortal World.

    As for Tu Di, he(them) are Deities that got enlighted from Beings or being appointed to stand guard at a certain point on the Earth.

    Like what Yoke Hong had replied, some of the Tu Di do needed to do report to Di Mu & Di Guan Da Di while things happened, etc.

    Yup, it belongs to Ancestor Honouring. For this, you will have to refer to Jin Feng Temple in Upper Paya Lebar Road.

    Not all, but most of them.

    Once a Deity is being addressed as Wang Ye, we will considered it as Ancestor Honoring, just like how we pay respect to our own Ancestor at home,

    周仓将军 is one of 关圣帝君's assistant.
    He often carries the Green Dragon Sabre of Guan Yu, while Guan Ping holds Guan Yu's seal.
